Now We Believe

It’s been a while, i know! we spent the weekend of Feb 11th in Lancaster, PA. I spent all night tossing and turning at the babies crying, the couple arguing and yelling… but then in the morning when I went down to the innkeeper and checked the parking lot, found we were the ONLY guests checked in. No one else was there. LOL I wish I had run a recorder that night. Oh, well. Next time! The ghost tour in Lancaster city was freezing but not too shabby! We’re thinking about staying at bed and breakfasts in that area again (as well as Cape May, NJ) and then we’ll make sure to get lots of audio and photos! This time is was more to spend our anniversary.. and ok, I’ll admit it- I was a little creeped out realizing that we were alone and wasn’t too sure I wanted to actually hear what was in the room with us for that second night.

What’s your favorite/most frightening paranormal experience? If you’ve never had one, what would you most like to happen to you?

Here’s a quick one… ever wonder if: spirits/ghosts that we encounter are here because they’re stuck here, here because they choose to be… or maybe because they are taking a vacation to visit?

Christmas is coming fast!! I’ve found that this is the time of year where I’m most likely to find strange things in the photos I take. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some good ones as this season progresses and post them here!

On a personal note, I’ve been hearing more things than normal going on around me recently… voices and things that aren’t physically there. (no, I’m not crazy and they aren’t telling me to DO anything. ) but I have been hearing laughter, people saying my name (more often than not it sounds female but I can’t be entirely sure).. I’ll keep you posted!

Wishing a wonderful holiday to all my friends and family, (living AND deceased!)

Wow! A lot has been happening lately, and that’s why nothing’s been posted in so long. I should be back up and running now, though. Well, since I tried to start this originally, I had a change in “assignments” at my workplace, and that ended up giving me a lot more work to do.. It’s a lot of responsibility but I enjoy it! I’ve been working on several fiction books as well, and those stories are really keeping me busy, along with my little one who will be turning 3 within the next week!

Now, it’s that little one that inspired me to get going on this once again. The things she sees, hears, and describes to us are incredible! I know that technically there’s no “proof” but with her experiences, my wife’s, and my own, that’s enough for me to fully believe in just about anything paranormal, especially ghosts and spirits. I’ve been doing a lot of investigating and thinking lately, and I think I’m starting to see other things in a new light.

Now, don’t hold this against me, I’m trying to keep an open mind here. Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies, etc… are they real? Take this into consideration: just about every culture-worldwide- has some type of monsters, many with the same traits. Is it truly a coincidence? OR, is it possible that there ARE creatures out there that defy definition and actually meet our broad description of these “monsters”?

…I’m beginning to think there’s more to our world than we ever imagined. I don’t believe in coincidences anymore, and this is an exciting time for me!!!

I’ve been recently spending more time alone in the building where I work. Although I’m not as creeped out as before, I’ve been hearing things that sound like voices coming from empty offices and rooms surrounding my office. At first I thought it might be the heat or sound coming from water or heat pipes… but I found that the place I thought the sound was coming from had been moved out and emptied..several months ago. I wish I could understand what’s being said, but every time I get close, the voices stop. I’ll have to set up equipment sometime soon!

Chris here. I’ve been working on some very interesting experiments recently connected with the paranormal. I’ve been looking at the idea of a sub-reality that exists on our plane but on a different energy frequency, where, among other things, it would be possible to see the energy we call ghosts. This energy, from a dead individual who was at one point living and very much part of our frequency, now has the ability at times to resonate their own energy body at a frequency similar to what it was when alive. This way, they could be seen by those still here. ..food for thought!

It’s coming within a day or 2 of this post! November 2010 here we come! I was not aware that people were wanting more information until I received email asking for it! I guess regular posting every few days will have to officially begin with this holiday! I have a family event this afternoon but should be posting a story/happening this evening.

Sorry it’s been a while.. far too long lol! Things have been crazy and I’ve been trying to escape the stress and write here again. More to come!
